Product Return Policy
We’re happy to accept returns on retail products purchased at Manzer Hair Studio within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Products must be in new or gently used condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds are provided as in-salon credit only — no cash value will be given. All returns are subject to validation and approval at the discretion of Manzer Hair Studio management.
Please note that returns can only be processed in person at the salon.
Order Cancellations: If you cancel an order, a 10% restocking fee applies. Orders that have already shipped or been delivered cannot be cancelled; any unopened product may be returned in person within 7 days under the policy above.
Service Refunds
At Manzer Hair Studio, we stand behind the quality of our work and your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds for services, we are happy to schedule a complimentary corrective appointment if there has been an error on the part of our service provider.
This offer does not apply if you simply change your mind after a service has been completed. If you’re unhappy with your result, please contact the salon within 48 hours so we can make arrangements to address your concern.
All corrective services must be approved by management and must be completed within 5 days of the original service date.
Please keep in mind that colour corrections, transitioning from dark to light shades, or working with box colour may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired outcome.
