Carrier & Service Area
We ship with Canada Post to addresses within Canada. Local pickup from our salon is always free.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 24–72 business hours from the time your order is placed. When your parcel ships via Canada Post, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Transit Time & Tracking
Delivery times vary by destination and the Canada Post service selected at checkout. All shipped orders include tracking once scanned by the carrier.
Local Pickup (Free)
Pick up at Manzer Hair Studio, 1993 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C 1J7 during business hours. We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation (and ID if requested).
Local Door Delivery (No Contact)
Available for select nearby addresses (at our discretion). We do not contact to book a time; drop-off occurs within 1–3 business days after your order is ready. We’ll leave the package at your door/concierge/mailroom and mark it delivered. No tracking is provided for hand delivery. If access is restricted, we’ll attempt once; if unsuccessful, we’ll switch to Canada Post shipping or salon pickup (postage may apply). Once marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and selected service.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping/delivery address at checkout. Orders returned or undeliverable due to address errors may incur re-shipping fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email info@manzerhair.com as soon as possible. Cancelling an order results in a 10% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped or been delivered, it cannot be cancelled; any returns must follow our return policy.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
After Canada Post accepts a parcel, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue, email info@manzerhair.com and we’ll help start a carrier investigation/claim. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, label, and product.
Backorders & Pre-Orders
Items ship as soon as they arrive. Your order may ship in multiple parcels; we’ll notify you if applicable.
