Alicia Lumsden
Alicia is truly an inspiration in the beauty industry! After pursuing her career in makeup, she made the bold move to become a hairdresser in 2006, mentored by the late John Steinberg. She opened her own salon, Queen's Shop - Fine Hairdressing, in 2015, and has since been featured in several publications and been selected as one of the faces for Green Circle Salons. Alicia is a caring and compassionate person who looks to change the industry and world through connection and knowledge. Moreover, she has been training her team and colleagues for years and is now a Davines Educator, while also taking business and technical classes and offering a Mentoring program. Alicia has the unique ability to make others feel confident in achieving their goals while helping them put a plan in place to reach those goals. Her patience and calming presence provides the perfect atmosphere for meaningful conversations.
Nicole Manzer
Nicole is an incredible example of a passionate, lifelong learner and educator. With over 20 years of experience behind the chair and 15 years as a salon owner, she has gained an immense amount of knowledge and wisdom to share with those who are looking to improve themselves and their businesses. As a Khan Method certified coach, Nicole is dedicated to making the beauty industry better by coaching and mentoring salon owners and stylists on how to unlock their full potential. She focuses on topics such as self-image, communication, goal setting, mindset, the client experience, and consultations for new salon owners or those wanting to open a new space. Nicole's commitment to lifelong learning and her willingness to share her expertise makes her an invaluable asset to the beauty industry.
